The mirror splashback was one of the last jobs left for our kitchen and it most certainly has a wow factor, I was given a business card from Kalsi kitchens. The positives: * excellent customer service with WhatsApp enquiries and worries dealt with promptly * the boys came at the time they said they would * service was friendly and professional The only negative thing I could say was that it was slightly pricier than the initial quote. This was by far the best service I received during the long process of renovating my kitchen. I was scammed by a well known splash back company last year so I was very worried contacting someone else to do this job for me. However from the very beginning SplashbacksDirect made me feel at ease and was very professional and extremely efficient. The whole process from taking measurements to fitting the splash back took just 1 week! There is no other company that agreed to do the work this quickly to this quality. The work was so clean and neat and the kitchen looks sooo beautiful now. This was the final piece of the puzzle and I’m so happy with how it has been done. I will forever be grateful for this company, they kept their promise to me and stuck to their word. Turnaround time was very quick from enquiry to measurement and then to fitting. Time was taken to make sure every piece was placed perfectly and that we were happy with the finished result. We went for white glass however there are many options and these were discussed with us.
